My favorite way to have veggies is raw with some hummus or dip made with fat free sour cream and a ranch packet from Hidden Valley! I love cucumbers, carrots, celery.

I agree with MinnieInMaine! I guess HRM's are only so accurate but it's better than nothing though! A happy medium between the two seems like a great idea to me.

I agree with everyone else! I don't see why it would be true. I also can't get a good workout in if I don't have at least a little something for energy before.

I am on day 2 of level 1 of 30 day Shred and so far I am loving it! I am really sore but I am really loving it. If anyone wants to, feel free to add me! I can always use a good support system. :)

I find myself doing the same thing. If I exercise quite a bit, say I burn 900 calories which is pretty typical for me, I just don't feel hungry at all and end up feeling sick if I try to force myself to eat. So instead I end up eating way below my calorie intake and most of the time not eating back my calories burned…

Same here! I will squeeze stuff into my daily calorie intake but if I have a free day, I feel like I undo everything.
