Garmin vivofit and polar loop are activity trackers which you then then link into a HRM for exercise. Also have a look at the Bodynedia fit

I feel the piyo eating plan is a bit more flexible though.

I agree about the yellows. I find it too much protein and not enough yellow or fruit.

I REALLY want to like it, but I'm not finding I tough enough. I'm not super fit by any means but I much preferred the yoga and piyo workouts in P90x3. I find just as I begin to feel each exercise - she moves on.

I'm not trying to be argumentative but I don't understand this 'cauliflower rice' and ' courgette/ zucchini noodles' idea. What's wrong with just eating normal lumpy cauliflower or courgette?

I've tried the workouts and don't find them that tough. I'm going to double up with 21 Day Fix- starting on Monday.

Must admit that I prefer the P90x3 yoga and Pilates to Piyo.

I've tried all but one of the workouts and am disappointed. As with all programmes, it depends what you've done before. I'm not super fit by any means but after doing the yoga and Pilates in P90x3, I felt this was too easy. Just as I begin to feel an exercise, she moves onto a new muscle group.

I've still got three workouts to do I've jumped ahead too. Hopefully they will be better. I'm not super fit by any means- by the way. Not bragging-- just thought it would be harder.

What I liked about P90x3 is the variety. Just finished it. Not made change in appearance but feel so much stronger and more flexible I gave up on CE as I found it a bit repetative.

Upper again was disappointing. Going to try sweat later and if that's the same, I may go straight yo month two.

Did my first workout today. I've just done P90x3 which has a lot of yoga and Pilates and didn't find the piyo workout too challenging to be honest. It's early days yet though.

Well I tried the diet ( didn't buy it but got the plan off pintrest) and surprise surprise, didn't really have amazing results for me. No different than a 1400 cal plan I do myself.
