Just googled it- not sure about that. The dogs natural gait is seriously restricted. I can imagine that could cause major anxiety- especially in fearful dogs. PLEASE people, just go to a reputable trainer who uses reward based training, not the old-fashioned pack leader Cesar Milan type rubbish and put in the time to,TRAIN…

Please do t recommend pinch or choke collars. Reward based training is the answer- stick to being a tree. Far kinder. Would you put something like that on your child, so why is it ok to put it on a dog?

Shock,absorber running bra

Chalean Extreme is great.

We are all different but I hadn't lifted before and I went up to 24 pounds in push!
-
I found TF far too repetitive. It's a lot of kickboxing style moves.
-
Both very different. CE is main,y strength traing and TF mainly cardio.

I've heard of covering it with lemon juice but not that. Ill give it a go. Thanks.

Look at Body by You- You are your own gym. It's body weight exercises and no special equipment needed.

Sorry - yes the one in the study. BMF has my sitting/lieing calorie expenditure down as 1 or 1.1 cals per minute. so I suppose the formula in the study might be slightly lower.

A HRM is on,y for cardio exercise. Below is a review on some of the gadgets to measure all day burn. http://www.getgrok.com/2013/01/a-comparative-review-28-days-with-the-fitbit-one-jawbone-up-nike-fuelband-and-bodymedia-link/

I can't help but would like to sympathise- your story could have been mine. For the last week I have used my BMF and set to eat 1600 at least. I want a 500 deficit so any extra burnt, I am saving for lunch out tomorrow. I am now intending to plan more and save extra each day ( without eating below my BMR) for the weekend.…

Open your diary so we can have a look. MFP tends to set protein levels as low by default.
-
Not sure but try c25k.
-
Using your formula, that makes my BMR 1499. This is very similar to what BMF makes it.
-
HRM are just for cardio exercise. BMF is for all day wear.
-
From what I've read I'd say dont do it yet. It's very tough on joints. You can do something gentler and do insanity later
-
I'd go for the Bodymedia Git as it links with MFP. If you do a search you'll find loads of posts on it. I personally love it.

Chaldean extreme. You will need to get heavier weights as you progress though.

Since my last post, I analysed my data and found I wasn't as good as I thought I was. I would stick to my targets for say a week and then have a bad day, making the excuse i was ill, or it was my birthday or I went out to dinner etc etc. so when I looked at average deficits, they weren't what I thought they were. I had a…

Too right!!!!!

Ok - I don't get this bit:: (R2 = 0.78; SEE = 91 kcal/d; 95% IC: -226, 228).

As a previous Londoner- I confess that I too believed that London was the centre of the universe. I used to think that if you travelled to Alton Towers, you'd drop off the end of the earth. It's only now, living in Scotland that i realise how annoying this sort of thing is. Mind you, as I walk my dogs through my quaint…

Sorry- forgot you too.

Body Revolution has shorter workouts.
-
It's coming to England-not the UK. Sorry for the rant but as an English person now living in Scotland, this sort of thing drives me mad. Why aren't they doing it in Edinburgh or Glasgow too?
-
I tried it and sent it back. I found it was a bit repetitive and didnt really give me a good workout.
-
The idea is that you have a constant deficit and eat more if you do more. You could save this for later in the week. You should ensure you set it so that you are eating at least your BMI though with not too Hugh a deficit.
-
Sorry but I sent it back as I couldn't stand her.
