i just started this week! hehehe. i'm still alive, so that's a good sign...jillian michaels 30 day shred video (free on youtube!) totally kicked my butt this morning, but it is a GREAT WORKOUT and after 30 minutes, i'm DONE :) check out reviews on MFP, youtube...i was convinced to give it a shot. what have i got to lose?…

wow, so many people responding so quickly! thank you everyone for your thoughts, i really appreciate it. i actually love listening to punjabi music when doing my wimpy girl workouts--the music is so upbeat and exciting to me! i look forward to expanding my playlist repertoire :)
