I have used two different Garmins, and now use an AppleWatch. I actually like all of them, but since I have an iphone, I like the applewatch better because of the APPS and such that I can add/use to make it specific for me.

5'2 and starting with 50 pounds as a goal... my current weight is 203, I genuinely feel good between 145-150. What are some of the strategies, meals, exercises everyone is doing?

I'm in... 46, 5'2", 183.5 was this morning's weigh in. Would like to be 173 by end of April... fighting with Hypothyroidism, and trying to find the "right" dosage of Rx to bring thyroid in line so I am not battling that as well. Good Luck All! Thank you for the challenger :-):smile:
