This is the first time I'm replacing breakfast with the shake and I'm not buying after I consume the whole canister. The shake is convenient for those who doesn't have the time to prepare their meals. Although I don't disagree with what herbalife can do, I still go calorie deficits and reasonable meals to fill me up.
