Exercise in between sleeps
My shift ends between 9-10PM and I sleep like midnightish. I exercise (bike or jog) between 5 to 7 in the morning and I go back to sleep at around 8 til 10AM during weekdays. Is this okay? I mean I need to catch up on my sleep hours and I can't jog/bike like 8 to 10 coz it's too hot here. And also, I drink my smoothie…
