My shift ends between 9-10PM and I sleep like midnightish. I exercise (bike or jog) between 5 to 7 in the morning and I go back to sleep at around 8 til 10AM during weekdays. Is this okay? I mean I need to catch up on my sleep hours and I can't jog/bike like 8 to 10 coz it's too hot here.
And also, I drink my smoothie after the exercise because I'm hungry after the workout.
Need your 2 cents please.
Thanks!!

If that works for you, then it's fine.0

The minimum I have heard is to sleep at least 8 hours an evening - admittedly; I don't even get that myself. I think it's alright so long as you get adequate sleep to function and don't overpower yourself (so to speak). :drinker:0

yah, I need sleep or i'll end up sleeping at work :ohwell:
It's dragging when the alarm sounds but I tell myself that i'll catch up after the workout. Guess it really works for me.0
