Etherlily glad to hear you are doing better this morning. great job on the housekeeping inspections! Pixy, I'm actually headed to my bosses office right now to ask for a raise, I'm scared to death. She sent my evaluation to me earlier this week and it's 'exceptional' so, I hope I can use that as leverage.

As I read the posts and replies of encourgment, it's like I'm reading a conversation that I started! WOW! Etherlily, I struggle with sodium intake. There are days I think I'm doing ok and when I look at the food diary, it's showing something different. It's very frustrating. I'm seeing one doctor after another right now…

I now hear my son playing with the toddler vacuum, I may join him with the 'adult' vacuum and get some housework done. Mango, I hope the pup feels…

I've been seeing a counselor who works with weight loss issues. in this we found the root causes and I am now working on overcoming those issues. It was and is difficult for me to bring back these issues and confront them. But, it's the best thing I've done so far. There are a couple of books I've read, "50 ways to self…

HI! Glad to see you on MFP! I struggle everyday with PCOS and its side effects. I havent found what works for me yet, but I am in the process of learning. While I'm working the types of food work best for me I make sure I get to the gym at least 3-4 days a week. On the other days I remain active at home and in my…

Seeing all these inspiring stories are great for motivation! I had twins in July 2012 and have the overhang. I also earned my "stripes" during this time, I was rounder than I was tall. It's slowly going away as I workout and eat healthy. Right now it is difficult to find clothes to fit, but I'm ok with that knowing I'm…
