I'm excited to say that I did pretty good this week. I logged 6/7 days, did a lot of walking for my workouts and had 2 nights where I had snacks after dinner. So I didn't meet my goals 100%, but I am happy with what I did accomplish. Now on to a new week......

So I joined a 60 day challenge group and have to input my measurements on Monday's. Well, I'm down 4.75 inches in one week. YAY! I've never really paid attention to my measurements before. I usually take them every 3 months or so. This made my Monday!
