I do! :) If I weigh myself consistently I'll get stressed out about gaining. I'll weigh myself once in awhile, but other than I don't really pay too much attention to the scale. I prefer to measure :)

Does anyone have a hard time keeping your knees an inch from the floor when doing bear crawls (week 3)? I feel like I'm never as close to the floor (thus not making it hard enough) like Jillian recommends because I keep losing my balance lol.

I think it's all just personal preference. The best thing to remember is that you should always exercise at a time that you're most likely to stick to. I do Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 (5 days a week) and I keep my calories around 1300. However, sometimes I find that I'm just not hungry enough on the days that I exercise, so I have a hard time meeting those calorie demands. But I find RI30 VERY effective :)

This is going to sound like a really weird suggestion but it works for me-- whenever I get really BAD cravings (for my favorite chocolate and such) and I KNOW that I don't want to account for it/can't afford it based on my calorie intake for the day, I go and brush my teeth. Just completed day 5 of Level 2 :) I'm so excited to move onto Level 3 on Monday! Still had a hard time with those crow push ups but at least I could do more today than I could on day one :) Progress!

It's all based on personal preference. Just like there is nothing wrong with having a snack/meal before you go to bed-- because calories can't tell time. As long as you get your amount of calories in for the day, it doesn't matter when you eat.
