I had to buy all new summer clothes, which was great. Still in the process of weight loss, so I bought a size smaller as a goal. And a bikini!

Set at 1200 calories a day. I do usually eat back my calories from exercising though. Any thoughts? At least I didn't gain through the summer!:smile:

I had a pair of jeans from 6 years ago when I lost 20 pounds before I got pregnant. They were a size 10. I never thought I would ever fit into them again until one day I tried them on. to my surprise they actually fit I was happier than ever. Unfortunately they don't fit now they are way too big. Yeah...... From size 16-6…

My goal was to wear a bikini this summer. I still have about 15lbs to go. 2 weeks ago I bought and wore infront of family. Wow did I ever feel proud of my accomplishments! My husband sure like it too. :wink:

Build thoses muscles girl. Try strenth trainning. You do what you feel, don't go by what everyone else says. If you are happy with the weight loss then do the happy dance. :smile: Congratulations.

Logging your food is a real eye opener! Start there and yes, you can do this!:smile:

I started Aug 2013 @168lbs. 5 2". 6 mths later 134.8lbs. Goal set to 110lbs. = 24.8LBS TO GO, it really depens on how I feel. I have a goal to rock a bikini this summer! Profile picture from Dec.

I couldn't post using photobucket with my tablet or phone-samsung. I used tinypic. Make account, download pic, copy link, paste link in mfp and change IMG to img ( no caps). Then post. Took me awhile too.

I only put on 2.5lbs. Not too bad. Needed to get all the goodies out of the house and guests lol. Now that the hollidays are over time to bust into those workouts.
