I'm 5'2 and I've lost 50 pounds. I have another 16 pounds to go to my ultimate goal of 102lb. After that, I'm going to focus on putting on muscle.

I'm 25, 5'2 and down 19lb with 12lb left to go. I plan on switching to recomp after and I do bodyweight training. Feel free to add me!

Do you notice any pain after walking long distances? Do your hips ever "click" when you walk? I was having similar pain a few years back and went to a doctor about it and found out I have hip dysplasia that went undiagnosed until I hit my 20's. I tend to get a lot of pain (in the hip joints) after walking long distances,…

I guessed between the second and third and got placed before even the first body on the chart and 10% smaller.

Fresh bread with olive oil or butter. I can finish off an entire loaf. As for actual danger foods... Anything involving onion because I am allergic.

Stay at or below my calorie goal and hopefully lose a little.

I have coffee daily, 1-2 cups. I've trained myself to stop using sugar in it, so it's only 20 calories a cup with my soy creamer. It took some getting used to, but I'd rather eat food than waste my calories on tons of creamer and sugar. Eventually I'd like to start drinking black coffee, but I'm barely used to just creamer.

I am 5'2 and I'd like to be somewhere between 100 - 110. I'm planning on aiming low and then gaining a bit back in muscle.

I'm not quite at 115 (119 currently) and I started at 137, but I am 5'2! I ate around 1400 for most of it and lost steadily when combined with bodyweight training and a lot of walking. At my current weight, I'm finding it a lot harder to lose so I've dropped my calories to around 1280. I can't say if it's working or not by…

Usually between 100 - 105lb at 5'2. I'm around 120lb and have slowed down considerably.

I'm 5'2, 120lb. My thighs are the last place my weight comes off of. I'm in a 6 right now, and almost comfortably in a 4 if not for the thighs..

I'm 5'2, starting weight was 137. I'm at 120 currently and want to end up somewhere between 100 - 110.

Waist to tailbone is where I'd prefer to have mine. I usually wear it up with hairsticks. Short hair was so high maintenance and expensive, too much work for me.

I'm 5'2, small framed and pear shaped. Anyone is welcome to add me. SW: 137 CW: 123 GW: 105

I'm 5'2. Current: 121lb I can squeeze into my size 3/4 jeans but they're still uncomfortable, so still 5/6. Goal: Hit 110 and see if I need to go lower or stay where I am. I'd like to be in a size 2.

Coconut milk is my favorite, especially in cereal. Almond milk is also pretty good.

I'm diagnosed with Mood Disorder NOS and it acts very, very similar to Bipolar Disorder. I found that I absolutely cannot start anything or set any new goals while I'm up. I'll lose interest overnight, or in a week. If I start when I'm in 'neutral' or slightly down, I'm more likely to stick with something. I think I…

For cheese, Follow Your Heart is really good. Daiya is kind of bland and tasteless. You can use nutritional yeast in a recipe to make mac and cheese. :) No idea for sour cream, sorry. I haven't had any in ages. :( Cream cheese, try Go Veggie. Depending on what you're looking for, Go Veggie has a lactose free line and a…

I'm addicted to http://foodgawker.com/, but it's more of a recipe search engine than anything. But it has pictures! :) It's good if you have a specific idea in mind or if you're in the mood to browse for something. I think most of these are veg*n.. http://herbivoracious.com/ http://sweetbeetandgreenbean.net/…

We're doing new england boiled dinner (ham, potatoes, cabbage, carrots) with bread rolls and a bunch of pie. Pumpkin, chocolate, apple.. all dairy free. I think we're making a chocolate tart as well. http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/new-england-boiled-dinner-2…

Mine started shrinking immediately as well, but when I added weight training they started looking fuller and somehow I went back to my previous cup size. http://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/wiki/fit_guide

About 4-5 months to lose 13 pounds, or almost half of it. It's really, really slowed down now that I'm within 15 pounds of goal.

I have one! My highest weight was 170 at 5'2. Went from B to b and it's slowly shrinking to a flatter stomach as I lose fat. I'm currently at 124 and I still have a small belly.

My lowest adult weight was 114, and I didn't have much muscle. I'm 5'2. This time I'm weight training, and I think I'll be happier. I'm hoping for somewhere between 108 - 115, depending on where I'm most comfortable.
