5' 2" CW 148 GW 115 - 120 with BF% in mid-20s.

I'm 5'3" but small boned so I'm aiming for about 115 or so. I'm at 121.9 today and have been stuck there since August but I'm not actively working on it right now. I am more interested in working out and trying to get rid of some of the flab around the waist area than I am on being at a particular weight. Prior to putting on some weight after I turned 50 I barely weighed 105 for the majority of my adult life and in my view was too thin. I like that I have hips now.0

I'm 5'4" and have set my goal to 165 to start. After that I might shoot for 145 but if I end up around 150, I can live with that. I just wanna make sure that whatever weight I am, that I can maintain it. I don't wanna set it so low that it's a major struggle to keep it off! Plus I would like to work on some muscle sculpting after I lose most of the fat and since muscle weighs more, who knows what my weight will be in the end... Just taking it step by step & day by day til then.0

I'm 5'4" and currently at 125 but would like to get back to 115 (weight I was at last year). I do Insanity 6-7 times a week plus gym about 3 times a week (1 mile run at 9 min pace plus 45 minutes of weights). I stick to a relatively clean 1200 calorie diet. I avoid processed foods, drink only water & one cup of coffee a day.
In order to lose weight (10 lbs), do I need to cut calories or exercise more?0 -
My lowest adult weight was 114, and I didn't have much muscle. I'm 5'2.
This time I'm weight training, and I think I'll be happier. I'm hoping for somewhere between 108 - 115, depending on where I'm most comfortable.0 -

I'm 5ft 4. Currently 170lbs..
Lowest I've been in adult life was when I was 18/19 I fluctuated between 138-142.
This year I would love to get to a healthy BMI of 144lbs.
Once I've reached that I'm going to reassess how I look, my body fat, clothes sizes etc.
But I do have 126 -133 lbs in my head as an ultimate ideal weight!

It is reassuring to see some shorter ladies with higher weight goals like me. I am 5'3" and I am happy around 140 since I have a larger frame with broad shoulders. Since have been obese most of my life, I feel fabulous just being considered at the high end of a "normal" weight0

My lowest weight as an adult was 78 pounds and that was last year. I have a long history of anorexia. 5'5". I've gained a lot of weight since then because of treatment and am currently at my target weight which is bmi 19. I would like to lose down to 95 pounds which is where I am obviously too thin but I can deal with it better than where I am now.0

I am 5'2" and would like to be down to 135. Actually float 135 to 140. I do have a larger bone structure, and think this would look fine on me. I have not been there since i was much much younger and at 37 i'm good with that, specially since I'm a total pear and big butts are in now right??0

140 - I'm okay if the stats think I'm over weight by 15 to 20 lbs - its about healthy.0

Right now it is 137 just to get to a 100 lb mark, but I hope to continue to 128 or so. I am 5'3".0

I'm 5'3 and my ultimate goal weight is 110lbs. I don't think going that low is realistic though, so I'd be happy around 115lbs.

5'4'', a bit under 120. GW is around 110, but my goal is a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise. Whether my body settles at 110, 115, 105 or somewhere in between, I don't really care. I was 110/112 in last september/october, so that's why I have a general and accurate idea (aka not based on my 10 years ago past self) of a weight I feel good at.0

I am a smidge under 5'5" so I technically still count!
My FIRST goal is to get to the 100s... Then I will evaluate from there... I'm doing it more for health reasons as opposed to getting skinny... But ultimately I think of like to be around 1600 -

165 - goal is to get back to my pre-baby weight
140 - I would be happy to reach that weight.

I'm 5'3"-5'4", 27 years old, and my goal weight is 120-125. My lowest as an adult is 140 and that was when I was around 24/25. When I get to my goal weight I will see how I'm feeling and maybe go lower or higher depending on what I look like. But honestly I just want to be comfortable in my own skin.0

I'm only 5' and my lowest was 102(not for long). I am going to b 40 in May and I'd like to get back down to 110-112. Not sure if this is reasonable yet or not but the closer I get to the goal I will re-evaluate.0
