I'm 5'4" and my goal is wherever I find I'm happiest. The number doesn't matter. :flowerforyou:

I am presently around the 260 mark and I am 5'5 ish so at this point my goal is 180 and will reassess from there...
  • I'm 5'3" and have struggled with my weight for years. I have six kids and it seems that when I started making progress I would get pregnant again. Now that I am pretty sure our family is complete I want to loose that weight. My goal is 140lbs. It is hard for me to find time to work out. Well other than house work! lol I am hoping to truly be diligent and reach my goal:)

I started out at 220, current weight is 166.4 (YIPEE)

Current goal weight is 155; but may go to the 145-150 range so there is a little give/take.

It really depends on how I feel once I reach the original goal weight.

I'm 5"3, first goal was 140 lbs, decided I needed to go lower, 130 new goal, a couple pounds from that now. I will probably end up some where between 120-125. My lowest in my adult life around 100; to small for me, was working too much then. lol stress. But I don't look at the no# to much, for me it's all about how I look and feel, never the no#, it's just a guide line for me. :)

I'm 5'3.5" and I think my goal is somewhere in the 130s? I don't know anymore. I'm currently 141 and feel great so I go more by that than anything. My lowest adult weight was 120 before having babies. That was good for me then because I was lean and in the Army, but now that I'm a mom I feel like where I'm at right now is acceptable. Never thought I'd feel comfortable at 141lbs!

I'm 53, 5'4", was shooting for 115 (a couple of pounds more than when I was young & didn't have to worry about my weight), but I started working out more regularly & my body fat percentage (currently 15.5%) continued to drop as my weight stayed at 125. So I'm not really worrying about my weight, as long as my body fat percentage stays at a good level. I think I'm just picking up muscle weight. Even though I'm not losing weight, just body fat, people are still commenting on how much weight I'm losing.
  • My goal weight is 150 pd. I weight is 168, so I got some to go. I had lose ten but gain seven back...

I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 125 lbs. May decided to try for 115 after I hit my goal, but since I'm 54 years old, that may be a bit unrealistic. We'll see.

My lowest weigh as an adult was about 95-97 lbs, which was actually underweight, but I was under a lot of stress at the time (lost my father to cancer). I was 28. For years as an adult, I was able to maintain my weight at 105-110 lbs, but started gaining when I was 42-ish because the job I had was a lot more sedate (sitting in front of a computer all day) than the job I had when I was younger (working in a hospital lab). Plus, I seemed to lose my willpower in my 40s, and my eating increased tremendously. Would love to blame my weigh gain on age and menopause, but really, it was due to lack of activity and a tremendous increase in eating.
  • I am 5'2 and my goal weight is 130. once I get there I will decide if I want to go lower. When I got married I was 120 and I was 25 years old.

    43 years old, female, 5ft 4.

Lowest adult weight was 168 lbs.
Initial goal weight was 145 lbs (BMI 25, normal) but when I reached it I realised I would still look good at a lower weight. Plus I'm Indian and normal BMI for Indians is 23 not 25.
Current weight 133 lbs (BMI 22 - hurrah!).
But I'm not looking gaunt or older so I think I can go lower.
New goal weight is 125 lbs.

I'm 5'4 and looking to be 130. I honestly have never been that weight! I was in the 160's in high school and have hopped up and down around there ever since.
  • 5'3" with an end goal of 115-120lb. My lowest ever adult weight was 115 about 4 years ago. I'm struggling a little at the moment with losing more weight, so for now, getting below 150 is my goal. I started at 174lb (currently 29yo).

I'm 5'3.5"... mayyybbeeee 5'4". I'm currently 135 and I would love to weight 125 lbs. That was the lowest weight I've been (I think I was actually heavier in high school) and it was during my freshman year of college where I lived off of coffee and not a whole lot else. So, I'd like to see if I can get there in a better, healthier way. I just can't believe that I could weight 108 lbs and still be consider healthy in the BMI category- 108 seems soooo far away; I also thought I looked very thin at 125 lbs, maybe 108 would be too much for my frame?

Right now, I'm doing strictly cardio. I plan on starting some light-ish weight lifting in the very near future and I'd also like looking into something like t25.

Anyway- if anyone has similar goals, similar ideas or just wants a supportive friend. Feel free to add me!

    Edit: added current weight.

I'm 5'4" and 56 years old. Lowest weight of adult years - 125 lbs.for a couple of weeks in 1979 :) Highest recent weight 234 lbs. My first goal weight was 144 to put me at a normal BMI. I am 6 lbs. from that goal. I'm considering going as low as 134 to have a little wiggle room. At this point, I'm more interested in how I feel than how I look. The next goal is to improve fitness and lower body fat by increasing muscle. I haven't weighed this low since 1980 and I'm really enjoying it.

I'm 5ft2 and currently 150pds... I would like to be about 140pds. When I was younger I was 120pds if that.... and thought I was huge :( But now I'm 32yrs I would kill to be sitting nicely on 140pds for a start.

5'3", would like to be 118, 18-20% body fat. :)
  • I am planning on getting to 125 and I am 5'3". I would like to even get to 120 but let's be honest, may not be realistic.
Its a slow process when your petite to lose the last pounds once your low. Get your body fat % tested and it will help you find our what your goal should be. it should be around 18-19% body fat for women. I am 18.9% fat now and I weigh 128 currently. So if i get down to 125 pounds- i should be at 18% body fat which means- I am at optimum body composition. Read the book "petite advantage". its 2.99 on nook/barnes and noble. I am glad i read it. Its a fast read and very informative. I lost 5 pounds during the past two week following the books advice.
  • I'm 5'4" and I would like to be 111 pounds. I am currently less than that
