Day 3 level 1 completed! I pushed my self really hard today!! I think I'm going to start doing it first thing in the morning..out of curiosity...what time does everyone else do it at? :)

Sorry I'm a little late..my starting weight is 143. I went for a run today then completed day 2 of level one and it went pretty good! I'm going to be sore tomorrow though.

Same here! Except for my dad, who has already lost like 80 pounds but doesn't openly talk about it or anything about health. He's an inspiration to me though which is helpful, he's maintained for about 3 years!

It is normal I think to feel sore after increasing the amount of time. I increased mine today from intervals of running 10, walking 3 running 10 to running 25 straight and my legs feel very sore and tired! I think it will go away as you get used to the increase :)

I have seen threads like this, and people say like you need to have eaten 3500 calories to gain a pound, but that would have to be 3500 calories over your bmr and exercise calories right? because your body does burn calories even when your not exercising and that combined with exercise calories would produce a deficit.. am…

well not really 17 pounds.. if you didnt burn off any calories at all than it would be right? I think its more like 5 ish.. Correct me if im wrong, (I really dont know) but doesn't your body use like around 2000 calories a day performing bodily functions? then that would leave like 1000 extra calories a day, which times 20…

seems to me thats about right, what are you using as a guide? I started last week but I use the app on the ipod touch and mine was 5 min warmup walk, repeat jogging 60 sec, walking 90 secs for 20 min and 5 min cooldown. this is a very interesting post! I thought I was the only one with wide ranges of sizes! For my pants I have everything from 4's-10's, 4's being things like jeans from american eagle which stretch and are pretty tight, and 10's being things I bought when I was a size 8 and bought becasue they were on sale and looked fine…
