I am actually doing that program as well... Starting over week 2 today because I missed 2 days last week! Can't wait to be able to run for a longer distance... right now the 90 seconds is hard for me.

I like to put vanilla protein powder and a few chopped walnuts in mine. Like others have said, fruit is great too!

Many people have already said this, but BONES DON'T SHRINK during weight loss. my goodness. To answer your question, re-evaluate what you are eating and re-evaluate your workout habits. try something new. your body will get used to the same thing over and over and over again and will plateau.

Alot of you guys are being so mean! She just asked a question, answer you don't have to be snarky and mean. But anyway I agree to just eat healthy with fruit, vegetables, and protein. Detoxes generally aren't that great and as soon as you start eating normally again you will generally gain back any weight you may have lost…

I have been overweight my whole life. However, one summer I gained an extra 40 pounds because I was working in a call center, I was eating a ton of junk food, and drinking all the time. Then I had 2 kids in a 2 year time period. I lost 45 pounds and I still have an extra 40-50 to lose and so here I am!

Well, I've lost about 33 from what is my normal, 230 lb 5'6", frame... and I have gone down only 2 pant sizes (22-18). for me I think the reason is because most of the weight I lost was from my upper body, and only some lost from my lower body. otherwise, like others have said it depends on your body type.
