I am finally ready to start this journey!

Hello,
I am a 46yrs old mother of two. Evere since I hit that dreaded 40, every year it has been harder and harder for me to keep a healthy weight as the pounds are slowly but surely creeping up on me!
Let me start by saying that I have a serious love affair with food. I love to cook and I love to eat! I enjoy trying new recipes and get excited preparing for my weekly trips to the supermarket! My major problem is that I work in an office in front of a computer, so my level of physical activity is virtually none. Two of my co-workers and I try to walk "briskly" at least 2 miles, three times per week.
I need some support please. I need to loose 11lbs by mid July! I need to get back to the weight I was when I turned 40! Any words of encouragement or any tips at all would be greatly appreciated

    Hey, feel free to add me! I am on here everyday and log my food as much as I can... Loving to cook is awesome, there are many healthy meals you can make that would be awesome for losing weight. Anyway, you came to the right place for words of encouragement. this site is awesome.
