Has anyone used the scanner feature on your smartphone (I have an Evo) that uses your camera to scan the barcode of whatever product you're eating? IT ROCKS!!!

Welcome!! I've also been put on dietary restrictions (no gluten or dairy). Its tough to rework your whole eating "routine". But its worth it. I havent lost much weight yet, but Im already feeling better. Good luck to you!

kdiamond: I find I feel a lot better off the gluten also, and definitely less bloating. Congratulations on recomping your body. It isnt always about losing weight, but being healthier and having less bodyfat. Thanks for sharing!
