  • I'm doing a program called stronglifts and I can overhead press 70lbs but I struggle with 3lbs during the 30 day shred. Good work, just keep going.
  • When I realized how many calories were in my coffee I switched to tea since I drink it black. BUT I love to wake up and have my coffee ready for me and with tea I had to make it in the morning. So I switched to black coffee. I think the reason I was able to do it was the two weeks between when I drank only tea.
  • Outside with my dog. I don't have a treadmill and don't want to make room for one. I'm way to cheap to pay for a gym membership.
  • I also joined about a month ago. I've lost 15 1/4 inches and 11 pounds. I'm loving the weekly average graph, I find that my goal is to keep that bar on the target instead of worrying each day. What are you doing for exercise? I'm running and doing the 30 Day Shred. Congrats on the month.
