Today Marks My 1 Month Anniversary On MFP

Hello Everyone,

A month ago today, I began my journey with MFP. I have managed to lose 19.2 LBS in the one month I have been on this journey.

This hard work in progress is a result of logging every single thing, no deprevation of food, sticking to calories, being creative with food, weighing and measuring every single thing that enters my mouth.

I have a long way to go still. I just thought I would share my progress in the making :)

    Great going :) Before you know it, it 2013 will be over. Time goes by whether we work on improving our quality of lives or not...might as well make it the best :)

    Any weight loss is great :)

    Be commited to yourself and your logging, don't deprive yourself, stay within caloric budget, measure all you eat and you will get there :)

    Great job! You are on your way to creating new habits. Keep up the good work.

    And those of you who are on day 1 - stay committed and stay focused. Don't let a bad day or a bad week stop you. Don't view a piece of cake or a couple of slices of pizza as failure. Don't expect perfection. Just keep on moving toward your goal. You can do it.:flowerforyou:

    I also joined about a month ago. I've lost 15 1/4 inches and 11 pounds.
    I'm loving the weekly average graph, I find that my goal is to keep that bar on the target instead of worrying each day.

    What are you doing for exercise?
    I'm running and doing the 30 Day Shred.

    Thank you everyone for your positive comments :)

    For working out, I am mostly walking 2 hours a day.

    Slowly, I will increase my exercise activity :)
