Meh, I think it's okay. I started on it and gradually added breads and diary into it. It's helped me quite a bit. My ticker is my proof, lol.

I'm normally on a low carb diet. I've lost 85 (won't log it until tomorrow morning) in almost eight full months. After you get the hang of it, you change it to however you want. At least, this is my opinion. :D

People told me they saw a difference after I lost about twenty pounds. That was when I began taking pictures on the last day of each month. I think if you tend to obsess about it, staring at yourself in the mirror and whatnot, it's harder to notice these changes.
