Hmm... roasted carrot fries? Their yummy and about 105-ish calories for a cup's worth. I make a whole batch and put them in the fridge. They last a week if my grandmother doesn't sneak into them!

Okay, okay, upon request via forum post and a couple dozen messages in my inbox, here's a smile! **This was taken about two months ago, though when I was accepted for a job!**

My job requires me to move around and walk almost nonstop for 3-6 hours a day. So I'm getting plenty of cardio, that's for sure. However, the closer you get to your goals, the less fast you shed the weight. Especially if you want to do it in a safe, healthy manner! That aside, I've been binging a bit frequently, so that…

Haha, you and many others, my dear friend!

Perhaps more water to start? I drink 2 cups before and after a meal to feel full. As for foods, perhaps try cherries because you have to take time to eat them due to the pit inside, which may help in the long run as it takes 20-30 minutes for your body to tell you it's full?

Hmm... my homemade chicken casserole? That or my chocolate chip bread... I don't have them very often anymore.

While my scale does grams, ounces, kilograms, and pounds... I use ounces majority of the time. Perhaps that only time that I'll use grams or something else is when I'm making a recipe that requires it. :)

Summer!

105 pounds have bit the dust, but there's still about 50 pounds that I have to wrestle with!
-
I wouldn't say that I'm "weak" without meat. But I would probably be irritable if I didn't have any.
-
I think it's more based on your own opinion and what your standards want to be since you could go to ten doctors to ask what your goal should be, and they'll all tell you something different. To start off, I'm 5'3" I started at 295.5 lbs, so divide that by two and I'd be aiming for about 148 lbs. I can live with that. MFP…

I'll say "Yay." I want one, as a reward when I lose forty more pounds.
-
I lost 67 pounds in 6 months, 104 in 12 months. However, this is most likely because I had to lose a lot of weight. Since I was starting at 295.5, the pounds were coming off easily. Now that I am 45-55 pounds away from my goal... it's not that easy anymore.

If it's a cheat day, do guilt. But if it's one of those days where I know I shouldn't but do anyway... maybe a little guilt, but it's over in minutes, usually.
