Not Reaching Daily Goals - Good or Bad?
I started yesterday and logged all my foods and exercising (Started exercising on Sunday). The Daily Goal of my calories is 1,550 (without exercising), but I don't tend to eat much and ended up only having 660 calories worth of food that day.
