New York styled pizza is a good cheat food. Even if you have a slice or two once a week, I think it would be fine in my opinion. Very often I crave pizza, but it's $20 for the really super yummy ones that the family loves, so we get it once a month (except November and December because of the holidays). It keeps your body…

Wow... you are totally awesome! That's remarkable progress and I hope I can achieve in time!

It always amazes me that's there's so many people in their 20s that acknowledge they want to change. :) I'm 23, so feel free to add me if you want. Good luck with your progress everyone!

I'll be good until Thursday, then it's a yummy day. :)

Is there really food that's worth obesity? If there is, I don't want to know what it is. Recently, my homemade chicken salads taste a lot better than McDonald's salads. Homemade quesadillas are tasting better than Taco Bells. While I can't say I make a mean pizza yet, I earn it by working out. To me, there's no food worth…

Let me get to my goal before I answer that, lol. But, no, I don't expect to be glued to calorie counting, but I would be more aware of what's going in my mouth than I was before I started. There might be times where I'll check to see what my calorie intake would be, but, that's about a year or three away for now. :)

Wow, I can see the difference, good work! Love the newfies! Although I wouldn't be able to handle THAT much fur! I'll stick with my labs! Also, the little guy in your arms is cute too!

For 2013: 1. Lose 50lbs. Granted, I started in July, but I did it! 2. Start College. Also did that late in the game. For 2014: 1. Be able to post a Success Story when I lose half the weight for my goal. (Barely 30 away!) 2. Lose 42.1 by July 16 so I can say "I lost 100lbs in a year." 3. Go horseback riding for…

Hmm... low-carb soft tortilla & cheese makes a yummy quesadilla when you're on the run. :)

I find this post very interesting for a few reasons. As of tomorrow, I will have been on my journey for five months. With that, I'm also stuck at 58lbs! I think it's interesting how that is. For another 21 days, I'm on 30 Day Shred, then I'm going to do 5 types of 30 day challenges, plus time on the elliptical to see if…

Wow, that's crazy, you're awesome!

I second this! That, or my chicken casserole. Tough decision... darn.

I also see the difference, that's really awesome! What I do is taking a picture around the last day of each month to see [possible] progress. :)

I only do 20 minutes every night. This will change when next year comes!

I've recently wielding quite a few friends that were as serious and dedicated as I am, and more wouldn't hurt the efforts! Feel free to add me, the offer isn't limited to one person either. There are some are quite wary during the holidays from what I have been noticing. A lot of my friends have not logged in for a…

1. To lose 5.4 more pounds by New Years eve to keep up with my previous months. 2. Not skip a day of 30 Day Shred. 3. Attempt to stay on Planks...

Well... most of my friends know about it, I tell them how much I've lost and what my progress is, but they've only seen one picture of my progress on facebook because I'm in another state from everyone I know. The only ones that get to see my progress is the household, some neighbors, and strangers. When I get to my…

Ugh, nay. The ONLY time I wore pajama pans outside in "public" was an hour ago in the dark. My neighbor's dog got out and barked at our front door. Since I have four of my own that would play nonstop with her, I had to walk in the snow (after someone gave me my snow boots), and trudged across the street to deliver the…

If they change MyFitnessPal to MyFitnessBook, I'll laugh. That aside... it's just... meh. :indifferent:

Need a decent diet to help out. I only use dumbbells as well, though. 2lbs & 5lbs. I use them with the 30 Day Shred (You can find level 1 on youtube), but it's mostly to tone your body, which is in the right direction. :)

With a puppy like that? Nice~
