To fiddle with your ticker, go to Apps > Ticker, then click the "Update your weight data" so you can put it where you were when you started before MFP. That's what I did. :) You're doing pretty awesome from what I see!

Yeeeeah... now every time I see someone eating cake, I'm going to say, "there's worms in it!" Just to see a reaction.

Normally for me, 8oz Diet Cranberry, 2oz Aloe Juice mixed with it, and an apple. But, with protein, I sometimes skip the apple and have a healthy Greek omelet.

I was at 1460, then I lost some pounds and MFP suggested going down to 1350. I lose anywhere from 1 to 5 pounds a week. Some times I won't reach the 1200 Calories needed, but I eat between 500-1000 calories some days. When my metabolism slows down, I eat more to reach 1350. All I do [for exercise] is 30 Day Shred, and…

Excellent work, you look AWESOME!

So many tall people, it makes me jealous! I'm only 5'3" :( I had 170 to lose when I started, and only 127 to go (after I log it tomorrow unless I lose more).

I tend to wake late, so when I'm up about ten, I merely drink some diet cranberry juice with aloe vera juice. If I'm hungry, I'll eat an apple. If I'm a little hungry say... an hour or two before I want lunch, I'll have string cheese. If I'm not hungry, I wait until lunch (normally around 2-3PM). This has worked for me for…

Although this topic is a month old, I too am trying to lose 100+, almost 200, even. Started out as 295, then three months later I'm 3 shy from making it to 250. Also, just as WalkingForWar said, new friends are always welcomed, not just for the OP either! Stay strong all!

Hmm, that's a tough one for me... Meat: Steak or Chicken (Sometimes pork...) Fruit: Gala apples, Raisins, or Dice Peaches (in packages) Vegetable: Romaine lettuce, Spinach, or Green Onions Snacks: String Cheese, Sugar-free gum, or Sugar-free Jell-O

It depends on the time when I'm hungry. It would be either: - 2 fried eggs & salad - 2 egg Greek Omelet - Cheesy Apple Skillet - or 2 scramble eggs & a fruit Recently, I just have 2oz Aloe Vera Juice mixed with 8oz of Diet Cranberry Juice, and a Gala Apple. (Really, after this... I actually get full!) If I realize it's way…

I also weigh every morning. Actually, I wake up at 5-6AM, take the dogs out, weigh myself, go back to bed, wake up around 8-9AM (if possible) then weigh myself one last time before eating breakfast. While family and close friends disapprove of my morning weigh-ins every day, it works for me and lets me know that I'm going…

Remarkable progress! You look great!

I probably would have yelled back, "and you're still a b*tch!" or something stupider like, "and you're still a barbie doll." People like that... ugh. They probably can't even do a two mile walk and use their car to drive two blocks. They probably said it as they were driving off because they knew you could kick their…

Would this mean that raking leaves for 2 hours isn't exercise because it's not really "intentional," but necessary? Lol.

No candy from October 15th to November 5th? That would be fairly easy for me. Since my grandmother are celebrating our birthdays today and sharing an ice cream cake, I'll be good the rest of the month. But I can't say the same for Christmas! Easy rules for me: Let my grandmother and uncle buy candies I dislike. It's been…
