The three books were given to me as a Christmas present by a friend. So I read them all. What a waste of time. Between the over-mentioning of her somersaulting inner goddess and her half-moon bespectacled conscience all I could think of is what college graduate of 22 talks this way?!!?!?!?!? I found it insulting to my…

Last year in August I started cycling again, cycling to work once a week (it's a 20 mile round trip) and I honestly couldn't fathom why it took me 3 years to actually give it a go! I love it, love it, love it!!!

Think of the tiny portions she is stuck with for the rest of her life... and, if I remember, aren't food choices quite limited for her as well? Also, I think you're right in feeling like she cheated, because she has! You're putting in the hard work and that's something to be proud of!! Keep going!!

Smile! :)

You look great!!!! Don't let them talk you into thinking you don't! You look healthy and not at all too thin. Let them get used to it, they will come around.

Hiya! Well, it really depends, I think... The one thing to say though is that you will have to pay to read e-mails that guys send you. Otherwise all you can do is browse. And that doesn't get you anywhere. You can meet nice guys and douches. But that's the same everywhere. My trick to filtering them is to only reply to…

I'm not a runner at all, but I managed to tear a muscle in my calf once dancing the Viennese Waltz, of all things! But if the pain doesn't go away, then that might be another thing to look at. I wouldn't run for the next couple of days.

What a difference 7 pounds make!! Well done!

Weeeell, having been on the receiving end of this scenario, I say 'DON'T do it that way'. I think it shouldn't be done in public at all. If you happen to be in a romantic spot outdoors or somewhere that is meaningful to you as a couple, do it there. Don't do it in front of lots of people. I felt ambushed. But then again, I…

I've done it. But I didn't research it properly, so I started on 1200cal per day and felt rubbish after 6 weeks. So I upped my calories to 1300 per day. And felt rubbish again six weeks later. I got properly sick and gained 3kg back in that week! So I wouldn't recommend it. It's better to go slow and steady and to KEEP IT…

Although I'm not baptised, I've been giving up things for lent these past couple of years, I found this to be a good test of self-control, really. I'll give up alcohol and coffee this lent. I'm invited to a wedding on 7th/8th March, so I will have a couple of glasses then, I will just make it up and not drink over Easter!
