Hi Nenshali, Thanks for this! I'm in my hole right now and have been for a couple of weeks now, so this thread helps a lot! Am slowly climbing out again and aside of going to the gym I've started to become social again. That also is a big thing, going out, being with people, talking about everything and nothing. Thanks…

I've picked up knitting... keeps the hands occupied and you do something productive! Granted, I've made a lot of scarves as they aren't too complicated!

Please add me and kick my butt!!! I've managed to lose a total of 11kg (23lb?) and then freaked out, put 3kg back on, lost 2 again, held that for a while lost another 1kg, put 3 back on... It's like I'm scared of being thin!! Also, I'm a stress eater (if that makes sense) and I'm rather stressed at the moment. I know,…

Hi Trish, Just to let you know, but they eat horsemeat in Poland too. Or at least they did back in '98.

Try doing an hour's worth of Zumba and you'll see how she burns 600-700 cals. My HRM once told me I had burnt around 1,000 cals but that's just ridiculous and I have been very suspicious of the thing ever since!

Thanks for that, I really needed to read that today! I CAN DO IT!!!

Amazingly well done! You can definitely be proud of yourself!!

I was getting ready to cycle to work this morning when I heard the rain pelting against my window... as it's a 10 mile cycle and would have been against the wind, I decided to take the tube to work but go to the gym after. That way I'm sure I'll do something today. Would have preferred to cycle though, but that's life!

I think it's a good way of finding out whether you actually fit... i.e. a lot of things can go well in a relationship, but it's only when you have him/her around you all the time and you find his dirty socks on the floor all the time. Personally, I think it's a very bad idea to marry someone without having lived with them…

After a disastrous November, here we go again (still in kg, sorry!)... So this entire week has been one massive slip up. I've got a cold right now and TOM is approaching so I'm using that as excuses, but seriously, there are no excuses except that we are all human! I've got a terribly sore throat so am sucking on Halls Soothers which I'm not counting as a slip up and I'm not logging them…
