Use less (or no) crust! When I make regular pot pie i use two sticks of butter for the whole thing. It's excessive. Something like 200 calories per serving. I wish I could give you a recipe, but i just make it from memory.

I made the best progress after I had adopted an intermittant fasting style of eating. I still chose vegetable and lean meat heavy meals, but they were condensed into the span of 4-6 hours instead of 12 (or more). I would wait to eat until lunchtime and I loved having a big bowl of braised greens, fried eggs, and roasted…

Ooh, lorrielon being cranky and uncomfortable in the last few months makes me want to lay down all the time...don't do that! Keep walking a lot!

Hey everyone! Congratulations on the babies! I am 15 weeks with my 4th baby. I always gain too much :( but this time I am being thoughtful in my food choices and activity level (hopefully I can endure through the 3rd trimester). Sarah, I understand feeling like your starving yourswlf if not eating a lot! I was like this…

I think the first thing you ought to do is change your attitude about what you've already gained. Ten pounds in the first trimester is really not that far off from the recommended amount (four to six). I completely understand wanting to limit fat gain during pregnancy, you must understand that your body does need to store…

I use my elliptical with my baby strapped to me. Officially I think it would be discouraged, but as long as you are being safe and aware, it should be fine. Like I said, I do it.

I do the same as some posters above and I am a size h. Double bras! I can't afford a fancy sports bra in my size, so I wear more that one. There is still some movement, but it is not painful and makes the jumping more doable.

Wow! I didn't know the price! And you have to take a picture? I won't be getting it!

I always feel worse resting sore muscles for too long, and less sore each time I work them. Hope you feel better soon!

Yay! I just hit this mark too! Good for you!

Everyone is doing such a great job!

These are good suggestions, I want to add that the "expiration" date isn't when it actually goes bad. Foods are usually good long past that day, as long as they are stored properly.
-
Also, take it easy with the exercising for a few more weeks!

Congratulations on the baby! The weight will come off and you and your baby will be healthy as long as you eat sensibly, like the posters above have said. One trick that works for me with little babies around is go to to bed early. Most days I go to sleep shortly after my children do. I get plenty of sleep (with nighttime…

I was at a class last night and my bottom got a great workout! I am sore today!

Yes, you can walk that much during your pregnancy! Don't be restrictive with your fat! Remember, a good 20 or more pounds will be lost within a week of the baby being born.
-
Congratulations! I am currently 24 weeks pregnant with my third, and I am contributing to this thread to say: EXERCISE! You have a very physically demanding task to do (labor and birth) in a relatively short amount of time. With my first, I was too tired and unmotivated to make exercise a priority. This was a huge mistake.…

Where is the breastfeeding option on myfitnesspal?

I'll be talking to my midwife in a few days, but I was hoping for some more specific advice. Could you tell me what exercises you did and at what weight? I would surely work up to it.

His adorable baby face and cutey dimples annoy the crap out of me!

Here's what kellymom has to say: http://kellymom.com/nutrition/mothers-diet/mom-weightloss/ There's no specific reference to twins, but I personally would double the singleton calorie amount.
