I used to feel that way and sometimes I start to but I try to push those thoughts out of my head pretty quickly. I have started to learn to enjoy the journey and what it has to offer. =)

Ahead of my monthly average and hope that this was a 'slow' month

Thanks =) I think where its hard-- is I have been doing a lot of outdoor running right now and its freezing, so what I am wearing now and what I will be wearing in April will be significantly different, but I guess maybe the material of the clothing won't be. I guess some of it will need to wait until it gets a little…

I was sick last week and didn't work out for like 5 days-- when I weighed I was up 2 lbs and yesterday was my first day back and today I was back down.-- it happens

Welcome =) Right now I only have about 38 lbs to lose, but I have lost a significant amount of weight, feel free to add me =)

feel free to add me =)
-
how much weight are you losing at one time? This is often a sign of losing weight in an unhealthy way. I would talk with a doctor asap
-
For me it was when I got below 200 lbs-- I didn't think that I would ever get below but I wanted to--- when I did, I realized how strong I was.
-
I am training for a 1/2 marathon in Scranton PA in April =)
-
also check your local running stores-- my running store has a free half marathon training running group and its been amazing as I have never been a distance runner and there are lots of experts there i am running my first in April- before i started training 10 weeks ago I couldn't run more than a mile on a good day. Now I…

I use the Body Media and I love it-- I have been using it for almost a year- but I am lucky because I got it from a research study so I get to use it for free (well they actually pay me to wear it for a year and a half) for their study. I really really enjoy it. I wear it 97% of the time unless I am going to a wedding or…

Feel free to add me. There isn't a quick solution to getting skinny-- its about making small changes over time and not feeling deprived =) you can do this!

It used to be the elliptical but my damn muscle memory makes it really hard for me to get a good burn now on the elliptical! So my go to favorites now are zumba and running (which I used to hate by the way)
-
I don't feel stiff after running-- I am wondering if you are tense when you are running and thats why you are feeling it. Not an expert runner by any means, just a thought

I always eat above 1200-- usually between 1200-1350. Most days I do not eat my exercise calories back - and its worked quite fine for me - I haven't lost to rapidly or stalled too long. It allows for calculation errors, a day that I may want to eat 1500-1700 calories and not feel guilty, etc.
-
I am guessing that the day that you are splurging you are eating all of the calories that you burned all week to lose weight. So if you have a deficit of 800 calories a day, you may be using those all in that one day. Maybe giving yourself one cheat meal instead of a cheat day. just a suggestion

i have found that I would rather brave the outside conditions than do the treadmill-- and when I tell you that, I have never been a fan of the cold weather- i dont ski, ice skate, etc because I hate the cold. I dont even like to shovel snow because of that. So if you would have asked me this weeks ago I would have not said…

It could be a lot of different factors-- they may not feel comfortable talking about your weight. Once people realized that I was comfortable with my weight, people notice it more. I notice that people always notice on weeks that I am stalled-- its like the scale doesn't show any changes but people are noticing them.
-
First-- I would be very careful about eating 900 calories. You can lose weight doing it that way but have have some longer term problems -- hair loss, internal problems/damage, develop an eating disorder, mess with your metabolism, and its very hard to maintain and eventually you will hit a plateau because your body is in…

just moving is good- so whether its walking, playing just dance, parking further away, etc-- just moving is great keep it up and you can amaze yourself in the results

Our running group in Pittsburgh ran for her this morning-- I did 7 miles for her. Prayers to her family =)

I would also look to see if you are over estimating how much you are burning and under-estimating how much you are eating. Because with 3 weeks of a deficit, you should be seeing some scale results. Are you weighing/measuring everything? What you may think is a portion may be a bit more. Are you eating things or drinking…
