I think it's possible. 8 weeks ago I hated run, most of my life, if not all of my life I have hated running it. Until the last couple of weeks. I ran 6 miles last weekend and plan to run a half marathon in April =) Anything is possible =)

I dont have an android but I think they have an app as well- I use map my run and like it. I have also heard people talk about Nike+ as well

I love love love Zumba classes-- amazing and so much fun! I bought the DVDs and I hated them-- just wasn't the same for me. I have zumba on my wii and only played it twice. So for me, I loved it in person, but just not the other versions

Are they going to work with a gym near by to get you a discount until its fixed? Do you have stairs in the high rise that you could take up and down? just keep sticking with it. As you let yourself cheat a bit, it takes your body a little bit of time to adjust. And really make sure you are honestly counting your calories with a scale and things.

I have never been a sweet person but sometimes lately my body wants something sweet. I have found that cool whip (i usually go with the fat free kind) is an awesome thing. 2 tablespoons is only 20 calories and its usually enough to get my craving to pass.

I dont like to workout with a partner unless I am running outside. When I am in the gym I am like you- I want to get in, workout and get out. But when running longer distances its nice to have someone to talk to when the music gets boring

That used to happen to me when I ate that early. I wasn't hungry at 5 am, but I would force myself to eat breakfast before work. Now I bring my breakfast to work (I work at 6a) and I eat breakfast here about 830-9. (Dannon Greek Yogurt) and drink lots of water. And i pack a healthy snack from about 1030 when I get hungry…

I went running the other day for 6 miles and 71 minutes in 8 degree-12 degree weather and it was awesome at the end. Thought I was going to freeze at the beginning but i eventually warmed up and was glad I did it!
