I am under prescribed guidelines for all but 5 days in the past 30. I'm not sure why you're saying this, but please let me know....

PP said that if I was eating all these things and not working out it would make sense. I haven't logged since I've been sick, so they must have been talking about before I got sick - which is when I was also actively exercising. I've had other people in other posts say the same thing about my logged days, so I was just…

Not anymore. I wanted to be 115, that is now 10 lbs away. I am 125, 5'2". I am supposed to be eating 1200 calories a day but all I do is feel like I'm starving on it, and yes I AM very short and petite.

Thanks for actually looking through everything. I haven't drank ANY alcohol in over a week at this point due to being sick, and nothing has changed. Still gaining. So no Goose Island inches for me. Also, why does everyone keep saying I don't work out?? I run 4-6 times a week and had been doing the 30 day shred on top of…

I stopped logging last weekend because I was sick and tired of being so stringent with my diet and seeing no results; recently I stopped logging because I'm sick (physically sick). I have a bad cold and no energy to watch every calorie that I eat, when I'm not eating much anyway. I'm trying to get back into it today. Other…

She said she saw no reason to do blood tests unless it continues for a few more weeks, as I don't have any other symptoms of thyroid issues and could be from a mediation I took. By that time, I could be up another 10 pounds.

I guess at this point all I can figure is that my metabolism is running too slow, and I can't possibly eat fewer calories without making myself miserable. It appears I am just going to gain and really have no choice, besides dropping to a very low calorie diet - which is not sustainable for me. I have now stayed at the…

I just looked at another calculator, and it said I was 27.8% body fat. So I'm not sure which is right.

I log all my exercise. I see it when I look in there. I run 4-6 days a week (around 2-4 hours a week, depending on my week) and just started with body weight exercises and 30 day shred. I'm very confused, because I feel like I eat a lot of protein - at least 60 grams a day, but sometimes up to 100... is that not enough??…

Ha, ok then! Guess no one else knows either!

That's insane. SSRIs don't work like that. You'd think a DOCTOR would know that, but obgyn's don't seem to have one clue about drugs other than those relating to your female issues. If you feel "better" within a few days, that is most likely a psychological effect and not the medication. Here's what their own literature…

I STILL don't know what TDEE is! I need to read more, but I've been so busy. :( My last blood draw (before my borderline-emergency gallbladder surgery 2 1/2 years ago) showed everything in excellent condition except for my pancreas, which was reacting to how sick my gallbladder was making it. I was supposed to get follow…

I noticed today that I have gained 3.8 lbs in the past 2 weeks. I went through and looked at all my calories, and in those weeks I've gone over my recommended calories by 1911 overall. How can I gain almost 4 lbs by only having 1911 calories more over two weeks??? Didn't know I had a ticker, but my goal is 110. As of today…

No I only burn about 250-280 per run. And I AM eating that back, because I'm so hungry, and I'm going over my calories, and I'm gaining weight and have been for months. I am now at the weight I was a year ago when I stopped seeing my personal trainer, and gaining, and whether I starve myself on 800 calories a day or eat at…

I take a heavy duty vitamin and if I'm eating 1400 calories a day (which is my average going-over amount) then I'm probably getting adequate nutrition, so ... Anyway, I'm not pregnant and I did make a doctor's appointment for next week. I'll see what she has to say. There's probably nothing that can be done without blood…

But I was JUST a couple of months ago close to my goal weight! Just recently! I have put on 7 lbs, with very little effort, and nothing is making it go away. My phobia IS confined to needles. I can't take any ADs, so those are out. I can handle doctors and testing, as long as there are NO NEEDLES. My current doc is very,…

Thanks for more advice; I'm reading everything and trying not to freak out at the suggestion I eat more. I will gain weight if I do that, and then it will be like my entire year and a half, bust my *kitten*, constant restriction and working out would be for absolutely nothing. *sigh* I don't know what I would do if that…

For my initial weight loss, I ate 5 meals a day, ran 4 days a week, and worked out with a PT 2x a week. After that, I just stuck to the 1200-1400 calories and ran and ran and ran. I do that now - but I just keep gaining. I have been eating the same and gaining since before the spring (and I do mean "eating the same", as I…

I usually try to consume between 1000 and 1200 calories a day, and usually burn around 150-250 calories with cardio. Maybe I will try to start recording everything on here so I can get some advice on my diet...

I know it sounds crazy; I know I should be happy at a decent weight. But I am very petite and to have these thin legs and arms and then this big flabby belly.... I'm ok with the stomach if I could do something about it, but I seem unable. My clothes fit weird and I have to have a completely different wardrobe between when…

I actually have used myplate on Livestrong.com to track everything for a long time, but got so sick of not seeing results that I stopped. I don't drink caloric drinks besides pineapple juice (I have beer every so often, which I've always drank in the same amounts!), I drink around 100 oz of water a day with 17 oz of green…
