I love this! It's funny this post came up because I made a homemade pizza last night. I only had 3 pieces at first and that left me 7 calories under.... then I went and at 4 more pieces and messed it all up! I felt so bad and I get this "punishing yourself" mentality then I just want to eat everything!

I know I need to find a new way of dealing with stress. Something else to live for besides food. This would require a shy, insecure gal (me) to try something new. Or just keep binging? The stress doesn't go away. I have to change my response to it. I would also be interested in new stuff people have tried.
