I miss deer sooo much! I grew up in Southern Indiana with a dad that hunted all the time. We always had deer in the freezer. It is actually a really nice piece of meat - healthy eating-wise. Nothing to add other than I miss the deer meat. I live in Southern California now and I have no idea where someone would hunt here?!?

I second the popcorn. You can eat quite a bit of it, too, for those munchie moments.

Stay away from processed foods. It is hard at first because of the convenient but once you get started making certain things instead of buying them frozen or packaged, it is so worth it. I am also new to this site and do alot of "stress eating" myself. I can totally relate! Being overwhelmed is my trigger and I am working on a Master's so I tend to eat while I'm doing homework. It's a horrible feeling :(

Actually, your self-reply to eating does make sense to me. I will definitely try that!
