Maintenance mode here. I eat 3 meals each day and 2 snacks. I also work out 2-3 times each week. I leave extra cals for at night when I get hungry, which is often. I'm a night owl.

Thank you all for your feedback. It does help me a lot. I still do workout but, cut back because the scale was continuing to go down. I am down to only a couple of days a week. When I figure out my maintenance caloric need, I will increase it to 3 days a week. Again, thanks so much!

Yes, mfp does aid very well when it comes to weight loss...as long as you put the work in. I have lost 75 lbs so far and just 2 lbs shy of my goal weight.

I usually don't eat anything between breakfast and lunch. However, for just in case purposes I try to pack a yogurt or banana to hold me over if I do get hungry. Another good snack would be a protein bar or 1 cup of Special K with Red Berries. I guess it depends on your personal needs.

Me too. I am 5'2" tall. I used to be in a size 18-20 in pants. Now, I am an 8 which was/is my ideal pant size.
