I tried intermittent fasting last week, and I can see the leaning out process backfired. So back to regular eating. http://imageshack.us/f/818/71h3.png/

I'm about 26 days of 30 with a Crossfit Box. But I'm planning to go onto another 30. I had an initial 6lbs weight loss in my first week. And I am taking progression pictures.. This week has been the hardest, with a couple slip ups. I'll post and see if you see any difference! If you're looking for a more regular support…

Do what you need to do in order to be successful, it's not so much as winning a challenge, as it is about becoming a stronger, healthier you. And it does take a lot of mental and physical preparedness to be successful at completing a challenge with such a duration as this one. Just don't give up! Your body will thank you…

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one who has had a rough start. The stress of trying to eat clean on a holiday long weekend when I had company, man I couldn't do it. We can do this! Regroup and let's get our Paleo on.

Can you please make your profile and food entries public so I can track them for the Paleo Challenge? Thanks. :)

Well you know, you can go on any Paleo Recipe website, and I'm sure they will have dressings. Also, there's coconut milk and almond milk that can be used in absence of dairy. No excuse not to do the challenge. Other than it might be a little difficult at first, but that's why it's a challenge. I've made all sorts of things…

People always call me Jennifer, and from Jessica, that's a little different. My one boss kept calling me Jennifer even though I would constantly correct her lol. I know your pain.

Just every new recipe you try, you get your 2 points. It's about venturing outside the norm and trying new things. You could always just have a thread here post a pic and a link to the recipe. Then it's quick to find, bam, you tried a new recipe. 2 points for you.

Instead of using rice with cabbage rolls, try ricing cauliflower in the food processor. I do that whenever a recipe calls for rice. Burriots, stuffed peppers, whatever it may be! You can do little sausage or bacon egg muffins as well with lots of vegetables, easy preparation and quick to eat in the mornings.

My mistake, Ls and I's start to look the same after a 60 hour work week lol. Won't make that mistake again!

I never dress my salads. But you can use olive oil, or lemon juice. Or puree some fresh fruit, like raspberry or strawberry with a spinach salad, that's pretty good too. To be successful in this challenge, you're going to have to think outside of salads, because after the first week or so, you're going to be really sick of…

Maria, welcome to the challenge! I'm glad to see I can reach out to people across the globe willing to give the 90 day challenge a try! I've been on and off Paleo for a better part of a year, and had my most amazing results since I started really focusing on the foods I was eating and sticking pretty strict. 100% Paleo,…

I just wanted to say it's so inspiring to have you both in on the challenge! I started at approximately 200lbs in 2012, tried a bunch of weight loss programs, and nothing really worked. Then I found Crossfit in July 2012, and Paleo seems to go hand in hand. I've been Paleo on and off for the past year, and I'm down to…

Lol, I'm just covering all grounds, as I originally started this challenge for specific people in Ontario, Canada, and then I saw 20 something people had joined via myfitnesspal, and I'm ecstatic to have an international challenge. Horse is also a delicacy in France I hear lol. We have crocodile at restaurants here too!
