  • That's so strange - I have just come back from my run and was thinking exactly the same thing! I am on week 7 day 1 (25 mins).... I completed it but just like you, I don't love it.   • 4 more weeks and you will be! Every single session I have thought that I couldnt do it and always end up being surprised. What keeps me going through the run is knowing how proud of myself I will feel if I get to the end of the run for that day without giving up. Let me know how you get on!!

  • Lol - I just wonder why I would waste all those calories on 2 stupid biscuits when I could have so much more!! And no I dont buy them - there are literally hundreds of them at work, sitting in the staff kitchen. I just can't seem to walk past them without taking a couple. The other day, a couple led to 8!!
