Hello, can anyone point me in the right direction for an at home dumbbell workout routine! I am a single mum and work full time, so going the gym just isn't an option. Have taken the first step.....
I've finally faced up to the weight I have regained over the past year (bit of a depressing year and food was my friend). So I have around 30 pounds to lose and I start now. Do you weigh vegetables?
I find that measuring every single morsel makes me 'feel' like I am on a diet. Of course I totally understand measuring most foods but when it comes to the super healthy things..... Green veg etc, could I do a guesstimate? Not exact but might be more of a sustainable lifestyle change? Any thoughts welcome! X

How do you get through the first few days?
I'm an emotional eater and however strong my resolve is the night before, I find that within two days the slightest little thing sends me reaching for the chocolate again. This is purely out of curiosity as I know the weight usually comes off a bit faster in week 1 as it's mainly water weight. I am currently 11 1/2 stone and have 21 pounds to lose. My goal is 2 pound a week. Be interested to know!
