At home dumbbell routine

Hello, can anyone point me in the right direction for an at home dumbbell workout routine! I am a single mum and work full time, so going the gym just isn't an option. I have 2,5,7,10kg Dumbbells at home. Need to stop feeling sorry for myself about feeling overweight and start doing something about it!
Thankyou xx

I highly recommend the https://fitnessblender.com/ work outs - They are free and many can be done either with or without dumbbell weights.1

Youtube helps as well.0

GSP workout DVD is probably best one I have seen. Don't go too heavy on the weights as the initial weight is deceiving and becomes much heavier once you have gotten half way through the workout!0

Check out Youtube. you can just search dumbbell workout for women. Fitness blender has a good channel, I like Rebecca Louise or Gymra. They're my go to channels. Tone it Up is good but they are moving more into chatty tips I find and trying to sell their product than exercise videos.0
