I was thinking I could post weekly challenges-Ex. (Fitness)60 sits-ups a day, 50 squats a day, 40 push-ups a day,etc...and (Nutrition) No fast food, Consume less than 2300 mg of sodium, etc... Only Fitness and Nutrition a week:smile:
