There's definitely gyms. You could do one of those "1 week trials" at the gyms lol Not sure if there's anyplace that lets you work out for just a week. I go to planet fitness on the weekends and if you have a friend that has the black membership or something, they can bring a friend for free.

Yogurt, half of an avocado, 1/2 the serving of reduced fat wheat thins and a tablespoon of all natural peanut butter... strawberries.. a cup or less of cereal with no milk (especially my cereal cuz it has chocolate :D)

Definitely need to avoid processed foods as much as possible. It's overflowing with sodium that bloats your belly. Try sticking with FRESH fruits and veggies for the most part of the day. Drink a ton of water, at least 2L a day.
