Machine Calories or MFP Calories?
I used different cardio machines at the gym and I'm torn whether I should enter the calories that the says I burned or use the generated number that MFP gives me for the exercise. What do you guys do?

Scale Question
My scale has been saying the exact same number for 3 weeks or so. How can I tell if it's me not losing weight or its the scale that's broken? I'm planning on changing the batteries today just in case.. lol

It's only been a month, but I'm feeling discouraged.
I feel great after working, and I feel like I've lost weight and look great. THEN, I look in the mirror and I still look the same. Needing some motivation, guys! -6lbs and I'm too scared to weigh myself again.

Plateau?
I started a month ago and have lost 6 lbs. I'm too scared to step on the scale and weigh myself, but what if my weight is still the same even though I haven't changed anything else? Is this what people mean by plateauing? I thought it would come in more than 1 month...? I thought that it only applied for exercising?
