I have a Boston Terrier named Oreo, or as I always call her...Orie-Butt!

I agree with everyone....DO IT!!! Don't let your weight stop you...JUST DO IT! I walked a 5K Thanksgiving 2012 and Easter 2013 with a bunch of my friends that were inspired by my weight loss and wanted to do it but knew they couldn't run it. We all had a great time and some of they have achieved great results in their own…

I always do, mainly because I'm slightly anal about logging "everything". Usually, the only spices in my log are cinnamon and pepper...and Lawry's Season Salt...if you actually consider that a "spice".

With all of the vampire craze...I'd love to see Dark Shadows return to TV as a 1 hr series, done the way it is supposed to be done...like Dan Curtis' vision...a Gothic Romance and not the CRAP that Johnny Depp put out there on the big screen. Nothing beats the original, but done the right way...it could be a great series…

I have lost/am losing by eating Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, Healthy Choice, etc., frozen meals. They are quick for lunch or when you run out of time at the end of the day and they really helped me learn portion control. I usually steam about 4 cups of veggies, nuke one of these meals and mix it in with the steamed veggies.…

Hey...I'm 33...never married, no kids (finding out now that I don't want any anyway!), and only 2 girlfriends my entire life. I'm not sweating it though. All things will happen when they are meant to happen. Right now, I'm happy with my life and I like it just like it is now. When it's time for a change and I feel…

I'm starting over again myself....for 3rd time, I think. I've been on this roller coaster ride so many times that I'm starting to forget just how many times I have started over! I am very upset with myself to think that on Christmas Day, 2012, I was 200 lbs and just 10 lbs away from my goal. Extreme stress at work and the…

I'm a Chrysler or Dodge guy myself, but from your choices, I'd go with the Audi.

Same here! I'm always making fresh salsa and using it for salad dressing. So very tasty and healthy!

One of two jobs are ideal for me... 1 - I want to be an entertainer, singing in the styles of Andy Williams, Bobby Vinton, Michael Buble, etc. or 2 - I want to be a Program Host on the QVC shopping network! I am actually planning to submit an audition video to QVC in the very near future.

I eat cottage cheese nearly everyday. I either just eat it plain with a little pepper or I steam fresh veggies and mix it in with the veggies. Love cottage cheese!

Right now, it's "Mary's Boy Child" by Andy Williams. Also, "Happy Holidays" by Andy Williams.

Very simply...I DON'T! I am not a morning person and I cannot get up early enough to get a workout in. I make time immediately after work each day to get my workout in. After I am done, I take care of whatever else needs done, but I'm never able to get in bed before 11pm, so there's no way I can get up early to get in a…

Not really going to treat it as a "FREE" day, but really going to try to watch my portions and not "overdo" it. If it takes 3500 calories to gain a pound, my goal is to stay under 3500 for the day. Plus, I will be sure to get in a great workout and burn up as much as I can any day that I know food and treats will be in…

Personally, I buy Six Star Whey Protein powder Elite Series from Wal-Mart and love it. I buy it in the triple chocolate flavor. It is very tasty and the calories aren't out of control. I believe that one scoop is 170 calories and 30g or protein. As for protein bars, I like to stick with things that are a little lower in…

Right now, my life has no room for a "significant other". Work, responsibilities of taking care of a ill grandmother and my mother who has some health problems of her own, as well as my goal of getting fit and healthy leave practically no time left for anything else or anyone else. It's a bit lonely, I will admit, but when…

No guilt felt here. Only because I learned that when I don't eat back at least most of my calories, I feel weak, light-headed and somewhat sick. When I eat back my calories, I feel great and I haven't gained any weight back yet.

Though I'm not a big fan of the "game show/reality show" aspect of The Biggest Loser, I have to say that it is because of the show that I got my *kitten* in gear and started down my path to a healthy lifestyle. Back in 2007/2008, I watched the show and took notes through 2 seasons of the show, picking up tips on how to eat…

Most of my weight loss came from walking. I'm male, 32-years-old and started walking on March 30, 2012, everyday. I started with 30 mins, then quickly challenged myself and worked up to 60 mins a day. Then 60 mins became 4 miles, then 4 miles became 6. I eventually started alternating and walked one day and then weight…

I pretty much eat the same thing everyday, so my lunch usually consists of two Boca (vegan) burgers or 2 turkey burgers with hummus or a small grilled chicken salad with homemade salsa in place of salad dressing along with 1 serving of cottage cheese, greek yogurt and/or a Gala apple. I also have 16 oz of water with each…
