Oh boy! It's seriously time to get back into my healthy routine. After all, the holidays are over now, YOU *kitten*! :-)

33 here...turning 34 in March.

I'm 33, soon to be 34...never married...no kids...and I'm fine with that for now. I've had my priorities other places over the past years and when the time is right...if the time ever comes...then I'll get married and think about kids. It's your life...live it your way and do what you want to do. Tell those that stick…

Say what you will about her, but I just loves me some Jessica Simpson!

Never have yet, but there are a few on my friends list that I like to meet and know better.

Awesome post and what an OUTSTANDING job you've done! Thank you so much for sharing this. I especially like your strong, positive attitude about having the extra skin. I am someone that is struggling with the idea of excess skin and there aren't many people who share their stories about it. I've even sought out a cosmetic…

OH YEAH!!! I SURE DID!!! I grew up overweight and did not want to hit 30 years old and still be fat. So, when I was 28, I just started walking - 15 mins a day to start, then 30, then 45, then 1 hr. 1 Hr turned in 4 miles, then 5, then 7, then I started to add jogging and then weight training every other day. In 11 months…

From Christmas Eve until New Year's Day, I ate like eating was going out of style! We're talking full on gorging and indulgence. I only exercised a few days in between there also. So today, I'm suffering from full on bloat! I actually went up one size in jeans just because they felt more comfortable! My usual weigh in day…

Yes, I was extremely naughty, and I don't even care. I was good the rest of the year, so over the past few days, I ate all of the food in sight, and went back for some more! Full on Christmas bloat going on today, but more importantly, the indulgence is over and it's back to work.

Not really. I will be logging some on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day, but those 4 days, I do not expect the logging to be the most accurate. Not really concerned about it either. It's just a few days...and it's the holidays...as long as I get in some sort of workout on those days, I'm not too…

Last year on Christmas Day, I got down to 200 lbs, but fell off the wagon (again!) just after the first of the year. Got back on track by the first part of July 2013 and set a goal to weigh 200 lbs again by Christmas Day 2013, with an ultimate goal weight of 185 lbs, but no set date for that weight. Well, I'm not quite…

For me...it all came down to realizing just how much I wanted to be healthy and lose weight...it was something important to me and I had to make room for it in my life, just like I have to make room for my other obligations. I'm a single guy working full time at a very demanding and stressful job and I have no kids, but I…

If I could go back in time, I would have been born in 1940 rather than 1980! Most days, I feel like I don't belong to my generation! More recently....if I could go back in time, I would have started working out in High School and stuck with it! I would have also not been afraid to try those opportunities that came my way…

Glad to hear that you love this job. This is a job that I was actually considering applying for in my town. Guess your success just depends on the area that you live in.

Most days...I feel exactly the same!!!

Right now...I would say that the song that best represents my life at the moment is "The Impossible Dream". There are many verisons of this song, but my favorite is sung by Andy Williams.

If I could have any job, it would be either a Program Host on the QVC shopping network, a singer and stage performer in Branson, MO ir an actor.

I am a HUGE advocate of walking. The first time in my life that I lost weight, I lost 145 lbs in 11 months doing no other exercise but walking. Like many, I fell of the wagon and gained weight back...so, back to walking again...and just about everyday, I walk. Around Thanksgiving 2012, I was walking 7 miles every day.…

It really is your own personal preference. I doubt that I would get the same breed...judging from my track record. Throughout my life, I have had a Poodle, 2 muts, a Shih Tzu, Chihuahua, German Shepherd, Collie, Golden Retriever, and currently a Boston Terrier. I acually have my sights set on a Pug right now.

I have a small gym set up in my basement: TV with DVD and VCR for workout videos (Biggest Loser, Power90 and P90X), treadmill, elliptical, and weights. However, my favorite workout is walking/jogging the paved roads of the nearby cemetery. Sounds weird, I know, but this cemetery in my town is a very popular workout spot…

I've learned over the past several years that a few things set me off in binge mode. First would be depression, stress and general upset that leads me to self-medicate with food. I've learned that when I start getting into these moods, I need to self-medicate with exercise rather than food. Getting better with that and…
