I agree with others about the FitBit. The FitBit is notorious for overestimating how much you've burned. I would assume 50% of what the FitBit is telling you, so if it says you burned 500 only enter in 250.

A true HRM might be the best option for you. The calorie burn is much different between walking and running, as your heart rate is likely much higher when you are running, resulting in a higher calorie burn. Fitbit is more of an activity tracker, whereas a Polar HRM would give you a very accurate assessment of calories…

Research PCOS, PCOS diets and PCOS reversal. Have a nice day.

I agree completely with watching the carbs (even healthy ones). Our bodies don't react the same to carbs. I juice because honestly I enjoy it and I see less hormonal acne when I have a glass of juiced fruits and veggies every day. Would I do a juice fast again? Probably not because I don't think it's necessary, but it…

Please take a moment to review the OP's original question, and then review my response. Now please tell me how your sugar advocacy has anything to do with either of these? OP asked questions pertaining to their goal of reducing the amount of sugar they consume. OP had a goal, you don't agree with that goal because it's not…

Take it how you want it, but I feel better when I eat less candy bars and cake. I find it humorous that you are so much of a troll that you would find something to argue about in that statement. You'd think all that junk food you're advocating would make you just a little sweeter on the inside, I guess not. So…

When I want to look like either of you, then perhaps I'll take your trolling advice. The OP asked a question, I responded with my experience which obviously you didn't read in its entirety. Anywho, I enjoyed the juices, I bought a juicer to make my own, and I would recommend it. If you don't subscribe to that notion, more…

By artificial sugar I mean the crap you find in snickers, cereals and all the other stuff I know is not helping me reach my goals. I'm not going to lie to myself and say that these things are just fine, because for me they're not. I have PCOS and I notice when I'm eating too much of this crap food I have bad hormonal acne…

These juices were made of only fruits and veggies. Look up the website and you will see what I mean. Obviously my goal was to reduce the amount of artificial sugar, not natural sugars.

I did a juice "Detox" once where all you drink are these premade fresh juices for three day. They are comprised of real fruits and veggies, not one of those OTC or GNC juice detoxes. The one I ordered was from Squeezed Online. It was supposed to alleviate your food addictions (mine is sugar). I felt great after the detox,…

Your profile headline is "fat and depressed", yet you feel like you can make snarky comments towards some one for not following your methods of weight loss? There are many different weight loss approaches, eating clean is one, simply counting calories (which I'm assuming you were referring to) is another. Neither is more…

I drink black coffee, its zero calorie and actually doesn't taste bad once you get past the mental block.

^^^this LOL (the pic, not the brainless post from OP)

the point of this post is....?

I eat back calories, have PCOS and I'm usually a size 4 (currently 7mo preggo so that's why I say usually)
-
They asked my weight, but it doesn't actually get listed on the DL. Thank God. Mine was 125, I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant so obviously my DL weight is a lie.
-
Like others have said, yes you can. But if you're like me one burger turns into one burger 3 times a week...LOL

I have a feeling this poster is under the age of 18...

You being unhealthy won't end any one else's suffering. If you are feeling compelled to help others than why not try to combine your new healthy lifestyle with a service would be of benefit to other? Such as volunteering to walk dogs at a shelter, or something of the sort. I agree with the above poster about grocery…

Eating at 2000 isn't a deficit for me...my BMR is around 1300.

Just be prepared to discuss your sleeve constantly with strangers, coworkers, future friends, etc. To me I would want to snap back "mind your own business!", but I guess that's the nature of the beast when you have large, visible tattoos. Also, know that the things that matter to you at 18, 20, 25, etc may not matter to…
-
I didn't get a full sleeve, but I did get a couple small tattoos when I turned 18. While they are small and well done, I wish I hadn't gotten them. If any of them are visible at work people ask a million questions about them (the tattoos aren't anything profound or inappropriate) and then I have to get into conversations…

*sigh* I remember the good old days of getting a refund instead of only breaking even at tax time. Anywho, I think you should buy a HRM. Polar FT4

And yes, I know you mentioned you don't have PCOS but its my understanding that having PC ovaries also causing your body to produce an abundance of androgen which is what causes these symptoms.
-
I have PCOS and all the things you mentioned are symptoms of PCOS. It is also very likely that you are either insulin resistant, hypoglycemic or have developed onset diabetes, which are also common when you have PCOS. I would recommend asking your doctor about forms of hormone therapy that may benefit you (such as birth…
-
As a fellow pregnant woman, I say you need to talk to your doctor and see what he says. I've heard of women still being able to lose weight, I've heard of women being put on light duty, it all depends on your specific situation which only your doctor knows. My doctor told me I could continue my activity level as before,…

I like big sugar and I cannot lie.
-
Also, I would add a portion of animal protein for lunch. It will keep you full.
-
looks good in a sense of tasty and relatively clean to me, but I would also look at how many calories you're consuming. Your menu seems a little light on calories, but I could be wrong. Plug your meal ideas into your food diary and see where you stand.

Really? You side with some idiot round house kicking a 3 month old puppy? wow...
