I have seen people use the "quick" weight loss methods and programs like WW, Jenny Craig and the thousand more out there! They usually gain the weight back because those programs are not setup…

I'm not doing any program..that's just my lifestyle now..I changed it months ago and I am comfortable with it...of course I do workouts out of my Comfort zone to keep the body guessing though

Thank you so much with all the info! Def helps me a lot! I'm on Prozac..btw.. I workout a few times a week(3)..eat within my calorie intake 1200-2000..drink lots of water..so I'm not giving up..just needed to know others opinions to make sure I was or was not the only one in this rut..

Why on earth would anyone wanna try this!!??? The damage you are gonna do to your body is outrageous!!! All you gonna end up doing is making yourself sick or something and definitely not gonna help with weight loss! GEEEZ If your gonna do something, do it right!

I have been at the 1200 mark for a few months now..the mfp dropped me down to that because my activity and last big weight loss and it hasn't upped it yet
