6 days of crossfit (if I'm lucky i'll hit 7 on sunday) Right now 3 of those days I do 2 a days - just started. Morning Tabata row sprints with GHD sit-ups and back extensions and hand stand push ups (afternoon back to CF)

i have a walking boot for a fracture in my fibula -- I do rowing. Step ups if needed but no jumping. All upper body - T2B, pull-ups (wear a weight vest to to make it harder) I do all lifts but squats and do them off my knees - have video if needed. Go for a BOdy fat percentage lost not pounds :) I'm 5'3" 141 - BF - 22.7 and going for 17% -- my pounds will not move all that much from the lifting. I eat around 1700+

I do the 5/3/1 method on my lifts - NOT EVERYDAY (squats, deads, push press, etc) I figure out my one rep max ...then I do the 5/3/1 method for a few weeks. eat in a deficit to lose the fat.....start lifting weights (compound movements)....do some cardio for overall health :) there are a ton of forum posts in here on this.

have bananas in between the sets - that's what I do at rugby tournaments - so i dont over eat but yet get filled properly

create your own definition :) There are always going to be fine lines. People on here say whole grains and wheat, veggies, lean meat, etc. FOR me though - I don't eat any whole grains or wheat flour but I have plenty of fresh vegetables, lean meats, anything non-processed, fruits, healthy fats like avocado and almonds.

I do CF -- when you first start 5 days a week will burn you out and you're going to be sore - trust me (I do 6 now for a quite some time but I started at 3) I turned down JM 30 because I want to do high weights

agreed with everyone it is full of healthy fats :) if you go the natural kind - remember though peanuts are NOT NUTS they are legumes and because I'm Paleo I can't have it soooo I go with Almond Butter haha

i went paleo too -- aaaamazing! cutting of carbs really helped me and i love lean meats and veggies so it works - the experimenting of cooking paleo too is fun! it's a nice new activity I lost inches and weight right away and my abs are in focus

I have a small fruit salad, 2 hard boiled eggs then in a bit i eat an apple (fruit for the day) then after I move on to meat and veggies

I'm 5'3" and weight 142 - I'm wearing a size 6 right now pending on dress. I have a wide upper back (muscles and rib cage) so all fits in the hips really well then have the problem if it's a zip up dress. need one that stretches :)
