When I got on this site I was rocking in at a size 11 pant :( NOW I have been fitting comfortably into size 7s!! Spending these next two summer months to go hardcore and motivate and drop another 4 sizes to get into that 4 range I HOPE! Gonna work hard on those inches and do some major toning

circuit traning
So this morning I did this awesome circuit training at New York Sports Club. It was at 6am for about 45 minutes. Totally worth it if no one has done it. It will make you sweat and really work your core. However, I"m not sure how to log it....... Just let it go and know I did it?
