Hey girl - I'm 5'3" as well if i were you i would try to wear a HRM that way you can see where your heart rate is when you do those "tabata-esque" exercises "CARDIO" IS NOT NECESSARY FOR FAT LOSS Eat in a deficit and I would second the strong lifts. Would make a big difference for you for sure.

I"m not here to comment on what anyone else has said. I'm just going to give you my stats since we are similar in height and age. I feel you think you are eating too much but don't fret you are not and if you keep losing then def not :) I'm 5'3" and 29 years old I weigh 140 now - I'm eating about 1700-2200 cals on average…

I've totally clocked my chin a few times on push presses (had sweet bruises) :) -- waaay back in the day at a PF i set the lunk alarm off - dropped about 300# on the smith machine for bench press don't put clips on the ends - that way if you can stuck you can just dump the weight to either side :)
-
umm yes it counts -- hence why people call it "empty calories" you are not getting nutrition out of it and yes it will cause you to gain weight as you are going to put yourself over your cals however -- it's is delicious and i love a good buzz

boom this guy - you are losing it other places first -- i have the same issue seems to be second to last to go -- legs are waaay last :) i found a lot of overhead lifting helped me in that area as well. but you need to just be patient

1.) Ummm don't go out to eat.....if you are that concerned 2.) just eat it - that's why you go out to eat - to indulge yourself I work at a restaurant and we change our menu every couple days - so now we have to research everything that's in it? every other day - that's ridiculous
-
congrats mate! looking awesome!

i like to put strawberries in mine with almonds and pork -- got meat? one of the most slamming salads ive had is a lentil goat cheese -- google some recipes :)

arm band for your phone -- i heart them or leave at home keys - i like to hide mine :) dont' bring em at risk of losing
-
strongly agree with E here -- it teaches un-natural movement. run outside. I don't use either. I work on cardio in other forms like body weight movements or I bike or run outside and the jump rope :)

clif bars are fairly carb loaded - I like them but usually when I'm on a long hike or snowboarding otherwise I don't use them as a "protein bar" I highly suggest to maybe have hard boiled eggs or a protein shake and no you don't need milk use water. What exactly are you trying to get out of the "protein bar" will make a…

I use this as well but I dont take it every workout - then you'll find yourself needing it but I dig it. Sometimes I just use the musclepharm aminos (which is a post) but i like to keep a good hydration going remember: everything in moderation....especially moderation

If you really want to hit that goal then you'll find a way to get over your boredom I'm sure. Most people lift (averaging) three days a week but this is overall lifting which I highly suggest you do NOT just bench press. When you run you can still work out your arms. Do Push ups at certain distance intervals off the…

I didnt even make it to dinner yet and I'm at 100g of program for the day I had steak in my lunch with spinach, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, protein shake....if you are really focusing on that look more into meats and fish and use a protein supplement
