Besides red meat as I'm not eating any, where are you getting your iron from?
I've been having tofu lately. But besides supplements, was looking for more options :)

Spinach! I do take a ferrous sulfate tablet for iron as my count is usually low for donating blood.

I've changed up my protein smoothies recently to help my lack of iron
    new recipe is:
    2 cups frozen berries
    2 scoops protein powder
    2 cups water
    1 frozen banana
blend those and then I add 2tbsp Salba seeds afterwards...gives me 27 iron
I've been trying for 15 years to find ways to add more iron to my red meatless diet...
