Besides red meat as I'm not eating any, where are you getting your iron from?

Spinach! I do take a ferrous sulfate tablet for iron as my count is usually low for donating blood.0

I've changed up my protein smoothies recently to help my lack of iron
new recipe is:
2 cups frozen berries
2 scoops protein powder
2 cups water
1 frozen banana
blend those and then I add 2tbsp Salba seeds afterwards...gives me 27 iron
I've been trying for 15 years to find ways to add more iron to my red meatless diet...0 -
